“Big Country Amusements Stepped up and provided excellent Service. A little back story on this. I had scheduled to have a Mechanical Bull way back on April 2020 for a 50th Birthday party for my Sister in Law. Well, we all know what happened with everything being shut down. Who knew it would last as long as it did. Well, I lost the emails showing that Big Country had a credit for me. So once I lost those emails I thought for sure I would not be able to claim I had a credit. So skip forward to a few months ago. I receive a email from Big Country announcing they are back and ready to serve You as a sales email. I replied to them thinking they where going to be like most companies these days and say "So Sorry" its been over 2 years and tough luck on You about Your credit. Nope, Joshua from Big Country had emailed me by the next day informing me that they will stand by and honor my credit from two years ago. You don’t find many companies these days that will step up like that. They could have easily said I had "NO Credit" and to bad You lost your emails to prove it. I went ahead and scheduled a New date for them to come. Let me tell You, the Fun everybody had with our Rental of a Mechanical Bull was unbelievable. Vic the attendant was awesome and very professional. He made sure that any children attempting to ride the bull where very careful in how he handled the moves so everyone could have fun. It made our Birthday Party outstanding. I will not hesitate to rent other "Rides" from Big Country Amusements.”
